The Angle of Attack Contingency Search allows you to experience access to our superior candidates with zero financial risk. Angle of Attack will match a dedicated Search Consultant with not only Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense expertise but also a specialization in the specific role you seek. There is no financial obligation until you decide to hire a candidate we have presented.


How it works:

You'll be assigned to a Search Consultant who works exclusively on similar roles within Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense. They know your competitors and the individuals within those organizations suited to your opportunity. This is a non-exclusive service, and you will not be invoiced until after you have hired a candidate provided by Angle of Attack. Angle of Attack contingency searches are ideal when you need to locate highly skilled technical and professional staff that cannot be found on job boards or other passive recruitment methods, but you do not require the speed or level of service offered by having a recruiting team working exclusively on your candidate search.
